a) How long does it take to process an order?

All our fishing flies are hand tied hence it usually takes few weeks to make them .For orders that are below 1000 dozens it usually take 2 weeks to complete them .For orders above 1000 dozens it may take more than two weeks to complete them.

b) Which shipping courier do you use?

We do offer international shipping to all countries in the world but we major in countries such as a  France ,china, Japan, USA ,Australia ,Denmark ,Belgium ,Germany ,Singapore ,New Zealand ,UK and Canada. We use DHL, Aramex and UPS as our shipping agents depending on your preference.

c) How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped ,you will receive an email notification from us which will include tracking number that you can use to check its status .Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to become available .If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@fishingflieskenya.com or amosodhiambo@rocketmail.com with your name and we will look into it for you.

d) Do you make Custom flies?

The answer to this question is absolutely yes. We will only need a fly recipe ,sample or fly picture and we will be able to make them as per the requirements of the customer.
